1. Booking
 

Confirmation:
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and the following payment:

• 50% of the total amount as a deposit at the time of booking.

• The remaining 50% must be paid 14 days prior to your arrival.

Bookings made less than 14 days before arrival:
The total amount of the stay must be paid in full at the time of booking.
 

Changes or cancellations:
All requests must be sent to us in writing (email or letter). The date of receipt will be considered official.

• More than 14 days before your stay: 50% of the stay is due.

• Less than 14 days: 100% of the stay is due.
   

2. Security Deposit
 

A €5,000 security deposit is required upon arrival, by check. It will not be cashed unless there are damages or breaches of house rules.
 

3. Check-in and Check-out
 

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM

• Check-out: before 12:00 PM

Late arrivals or departures may incur additional charges.
 

4. Our Services
 

Available upon reservation:

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

• Private chef for all or part of your stay.

• Ski instructor and mountain guide.

• Delivery and preparation of ski equipment.

• Treatments and massages in our private wellness area (hammam and outdoor sauna).

Rates and conditions available upon request.
 

5. Comfort and Amenities
 

• Well-behaved pets are welcome.

• 2 baby cots available.

• Fondue, raclette, and hot stone cooking equipment provided.

• Please respect the house rules for the safety and comfort of all guests.

• We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
   

6. Liability and Insurance
 

We recommend that our guests take out insurance covering accidents, damage, and cancellations.
Refuge du Christomet cannot be held responsible for incidents occurring outside the services provided, or for damages resulting from guest negligence.
 

7. Force Majeure
 

In cases of force majeure (extreme weather, natural disasters, health restrictions, etc.), we may modify or cancel your stay without compensation.
